Working at ECC

Mission
Our mission is to be the preferred provider of remote workforce catering and accommodations services for resource and energy developments in Canda and to provide a safe, comfortable “home away from home” for people working on these important projects.

Social Responsibility
We understand that our business success depends on the support of our employees, partners, clients and suppliers. To continue to earn their confidence and trust, we must not only conduct our business affairs in a fair, honest and ethical manner, we must also contribute to the health and safety of our employees and those whom we serve, the protection of the environment, and the betterment of the communities in which we live and work.

We recognize that to achieve our social responsibility goals we must enhance awareness and knowledge of issues. We will do so through the greatest level of management commitment to learning and continuous improvement. We will ensure that our employees receive the appropriate training and education and we will provide them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve our common goals.

Focus on People
Our operating philosophy reflects our focus on people. People are our most valued asset and our employees' health, safety and overall well-being is our first priority.  We protect our most valued assets through active promotion of health and safety, supportive training and encouragment of personal growth and development.

Diversity
We are committed to providing opportunities to designated groups (women, Aboriginal peoples, visible minorities and persons with disabilities) for training and employment.  We ensure a supportive and respectful workplace for all employees by implementing a “zero tolerance” approach to incidents of harassment or discrimination.  Our policies on harassment and discrimination are communicated directly to each and every employee.
